Printable Schedules

Most stops on the VI Connector and Tofino Bus services are reservation only (pre-reservation is required for the bus to stop at that location). We recommend that all passengers pre-reserve their tickets whenever possible to ensure that they have a guaranteed seat onboard the bus.

Reservation & Walkup Locations

Tofino Bus and VI Connector will be operating as a reservation only service this summer. All locations (except the four listed in the walkup section below), require a pre-reservation or the bus will not stop at that location. Pre-reservation is available on our website and purchase can be made using a credit card or a debit VISA/debit MasterCard.

Walkup tickets are not eligible for any of our sale prices or discounted rates, for the cheapest ticket prices, pre-reservation is required. All walkup tickets must be purchased using a credit card or debit VISA card, walkup tickets cannot be purchased with cash. (*Exception: Victoria Bus Depot allows the walkup purchase of all ticket types and prices including discounted rates, from the staff at the bus counters inside the depot. This location also allows purchase with Cash.)

– Nanaimo: Bus Depot/Departure Bay Ferry Terminal
– Ucluelet: Fraser Lane Transit Stop
– Tofino: Co-op Parking Lot

Cancellations/Amendments

Basic amendments can be made by following the link in your confirmation email (fees will apply), or by emailing info@tofinobus.com. If you would like to re-print/re-email your tickets, please login to your customer account on our online website. Please ask our staff if you would like assistance activating or using this feature.

Otherwise, please phone our Reservation Centre at 1-866-986-3466, or email info@tofinobus.com for any amendments, cancellations, or questions.

Times are approximate and are subject to traffic, weather and road conditions. Due to safety regulations the departure will be “closed” five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Please visit our Know Before You Go page for our new operating procedures. Note, all operations North of Parksville will remain closed until further notice.

TRAVEL INFO

Luggage Information

We are pleased to provide Luggage storage onboard our coaches. All baggage must be tagged with an appropriate destination & contact info.

Traveling with a Pet

We cannot accommodate pets abroad our coaches at this time. Guide and Service dogs are accepted but certification is required.

Accessiblity

For passengers who require a wheelchair lift equipped coach please make your reservation at least 72 hours prior to your departure.
